They Used It Against You. God Used It For You.

What if the very thing they used to disqualify you was the exact thing God used to select you? I need you to hear that today.

Because there's somebody reading this right now who has been overlooked. You didn't get the opportunity. You didn't get the recognition. The people you thought would support you walked away. Doors closed. Invitations never came.

And if you're honest, part of you started wondering if maybe they were right.

But God sent me to remind you of something: People don't have the final say over your destiny. God does.

THE PARTY YOU WEREN'T INVITED TO

We know Solomon as the wisest man who ever lived. We know him as the king who built the temple. We know him as the man God visited in a dream and said, "Ask Me for anything."

But here's what many people forget: Solomon wasn't supposed to be king.

He wasn't the firstborn. He wasn't the obvious choice. He was Bathsheba's son. Young. Unproven. And when his brother Adonijah decided to crown himself king, he invited the commanders, the priests, and all the important people. Everyone. Except Solomon.

Can you imagine it? The very man God had chosen was left off the guest list. Have you ever felt that way? Have you ever watched other people celebrate a position, promotion, or opportunity that you believed God had promised you? Then you understand Solomon.

GOD DOESN'T NEED MAN'S APPROVAL

While Adonijah was throwing his party, God was already moving behind the scenes. Nathan went to Bathsheba. Bathsheba went to David. And David declared: "Solomon your son shall reign after me."

Psalm 75 says: "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another."

Promotion doesn't come from people. It doesn't come from family. It doesn't come from popularity. It comes from God. And when God decides it's your time, no Adonijah can stop what He has ordained.

Solomon didn't force doors open. He didn't campaign. He didn't fight for a seat at someone else's table. He waited on God. And the same people who overlooked him witnessed his coronation.

 

YOUR REJECTION IS NOT YOUR VERDICT

Throughout Scripture, the pattern repeats itself. Joseph was rejected by his brothers and promoted to primes minister. David was overlooked by his father and chosen by God. Jesus was despised and rejected - and God raised Him from the dead and gave Him the name above every name.

Rejection isn't always the end. Sometimes it's the setup.

If you've been dismissed, forgotten, or pushed aside, don't let the opinion of others become the final word over your life. Trust the God who wrote your story before you were born. Your Solomon moment is coming. And what God has chosen, He will establish.

THERE ARE THOUSANDS STILL IN THEIR REJECTION SEASON

Right now, there are people all over the world who are living in the middle of their own rejection story. Young people who feel forgotten. Families hanging on by a thread. Believers who almost gave up on God. People who are one message away from hope. One sermon away from encouragement. One encounter away from breakthrough.

That's why we preach. That's why we travel. That's why we produce daily broadcasts. That's why we hold miracle services. We believe revival is still the answer. We believe Jesus still saves, heals, delivers, and restores. And together, we refuse to stop until more people hear the Gospel.

A FINAL WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

As you sow today, I believe God is reminding you that rejection does not have the authority to rewrite what He has spoken over your life.

The invitation they withheld cannot cancel the calling God placed upon you. The doors men closed cannot stop the doors God intends to open. Your Solomon moment is coming.
